  • We successfully rolled out a global transformation programme for a $4bn, 20,000 employee cement producer, where performance improvements resulted in a 10% increase in share price over 9 months.
  • When the global roll out of HR for a major hardware provider was faltering after the first nine months, they asked us for help. We redefined the project and were able consequently to lead it to a successful conclusion.
  • We defined and led an ERP roll-out across Europe for an Industrial Valves manufacturer.
  • We delivered Financial and Supply Chain Shared Services roll-outs across three multi-billion Industrial multi-nationals.
  • We defined and implemented BPO solutions and transformation programmes for large UK private and public sector customers.
