Graham Jackson, co founder of nil plus ultra, has been appointed as one of six senior business leaders to maximise value from government suppliers. Graham, one of the members of the nil plus ultra Senior Leadership Team was appointed in April “to work alongside departments to engage early with suppliers, improve relationships and negotiate the best contracts on behalf of government”.
