Robert Fedder
Turnaround leader, operating executive and technology entrepreneur.
Robert is a founder of Nil Plus Ultra. He undertakes turnaround, interim CEO/CXO and transformation assignments, bringing direct operating responsibility to situations where time, performance and stakeholder confidence matter.
His work combines business leadership, restructuring, commercial improvement and the development of new propositions and operating models. He draws on the experience of the wider Nil Plus Ultra team when the mandate requires it.

Robert’s career includes senior roles with Telefónica O2, VEON, Compaq, Vodafone and EDS, alongside partner, principal and director-level experience with KPMG, A.T. Kearney and PA Consulting.
His sector experience includes technology and telecommunications, e-commerce, financial services, energy, manufacturing, professional services and estates.
International perspective.
Robert has lived and worked extensively in the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, the USA, Australia, India and Japan, as well as other European countries, on domestic and international assignments.
Academic background.
Robert is an economics graduate of the London School of Economics and studied at the University of Vienna.

Alongside his work through Nil Plus Ultra, Robert is involved in technology venture building through nCodeSystems, a separate business.
