Mariana helps organisations build finance functions that keep pace with the business. She brings more than 20 years’ experience in finance leadership and transformation, including senior roles with VEON, OCI Group and TNT Group.
She works with CEOs, boards, investors and banks through acquisitions, rapid growth and complex change. Her focus includes post-merger integration, multi-entity consolidation, financial planning and the practical use of AI in finance, connecting strategy with implementation and adoption.
Her experience spans private equity-backed and multinational groups across EMEA and Asia, in telecommunications, logistics, chemicals and communications. A Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner, Mariana began her career at PwC in Dubai and is based in the Netherlands.
