Senior HR Manager
A senior human resources manager with a broad experience base
Stephen Bailey BSc (Hons) MRecS has a background in Human Resource Management, originally gained in the automotive industry, together with over 25 years experience in the provision of Interim and Consultancy services covering the areas of change management, human resources and recruitment.
His experience includes diverse and challenging assignments involving organisation review, management development, rationalisation, performance appraisal, training, communications, outplacement, remuneration advice, culture change, executive search and HR strategy. Much of his work has been for clients in the manufacturing, engineering, logistics, transportation and IT sectors, throughout the UK, mainland Europe and North America.
Prior to this, he held Practice Leader posts with the UK Regional offices of Coopers and Lybrand Deloitte and Ernst and Young.
Stephen has a BSc (Honours) Degree in Business Administration from the University of Bath and is qualified and registered user of Psychometric Assessment techniques.
With a pragmatic and practical approach to people and organisation issues, Stephen is equally comfortable working at strategic or operational levels and has a strong track record of delivering added value to all his clients.
