Rory is a Senior International Programme Manager and Business Change Consultant working up to Board level with a wide range of blue chip clients on a variety of Programmes, Projects, and Business/ IT initiatives. Rory has a wealth of knowledge relating to planning and managing complex projects, project ‘rescue’, and successful project delivery particularly in relation to IT deployments and initiatives that incorporate Quality, Compliance, Governance, Business Transformation, Change Management, Budgetary control, Stakeholder and Vendor Management, Team Development and Risk Management. Prince 2, MSP and ITIL.
Clients include Linklaters, Vodafone, Marks and Spencer, and DHL. He has worked for LogicaCMG and Nationwide Building Society, where he was responsible for successfully managing the Society’s largest corporate priority Programmes with responsibilities across the Society itself and 20 subsidiary companies (including the Society’s largest ever £50m IT project). In addition Rory is a fully trained Facilitator, Mentor and Corporate / Executive coach. Rory is also a freelance writer for many business and lifestyle publications, a published author and a regular conference speaker.
