Camilla is an experienced Finance Director and strategic leader, used to operating at Board level, where she has led the development and implementation of transformation to deliver significant efficiencies. Typically, Camilla operates with geographically disbursed teams to focus on the delivery of change and transformation, the creation of effective relationships, improved efficiency, cost reduction and the implementation of business objectives. Camilla has a proven track record of working in organisations with significant outsourced IT provision.
Camilla’s credentials are highly impressive, whether in the Civil Service at senior rank (Cabinet Office, Director of Commercial Relationships; Dept. of Health, Finance and Commercial Director; HMRC, Director of Financial and Commercial) or in the Private Sector (e.g. Director of Finance and IM, BOC Group).
With a strong background in business planning Camilla drives the alignment of strategy, business objectives and customer needs of organisations to enhance overall performance and value.
Camilla has combined her financial, commercial and general management skills to re-focus the customer – supplier relationship: for example, recently at the Cabinet Office, in her role as Director of Commercial Relationships for the largest cross government suppliers. Prior to that, Camilla was Finance and Commercial Director for the National Programme for IT where she positioned the organisation in readiness for transition to a new delivery model.
